The Calgary Callers’ Association is an organization of individuals trained to teach and direct the movements of the participants of square and round dancing, and clogging.
The objectives of the Association are:
- To provide a forum for discussion, dissemination and decision in matters pertaining to the discipline and dance;

To endeavour to provide a united voice in the affairs of the activity locally, provincially, nationally and internationally;
- To encourage recruitment into any and all aspects of the field;
- To provide guidance in the tuition and advancement of all new recruits to any and all aspects of the activity;
- To attempt to improve the knowledge and skills of all Callers by education, instruction and example, and by the free exchange of knowledge and experience;
- To provide standards of acceptable behavior, conduct and dress, by education and example; and
- To work with other like organizations in the endeavour to improve the overall dance picture.
