Frances has been cueing and teaching rounds for the past 28 years. Frances is experienced at
working with both Callers and Cuers alike.
Coming to Canada in 1979 and marrying Caller Dennis Levitt in 1980, the two
of them worked together calling and cueing dances 6 nights a week until
Dennis's passing in October 2005.
She has been involved with many forms of dance from the age of 5. Taking part
in stage shows in England cueing became a passion, but it always took a back
seat to Dennis's calling as he was a popular square dance caller
Still Tap Dancing with teacher Joyce Reddy. Other forms of dance for Frances
are Line dancing, Ballroom, Social, Old Thyme and Clogging which she has
taught when their busy schedule permitted.
Frances will be working with Glenn Watts, in his new position as Caller for
the Queens and Jacks, for the 2007/8 season and shall be including her
cueing to compliment his calling for the mainstream dances at Meadowlark
Hall on the second and fourth Fridays this coming season.
