Submission Guidelines
A paid ad in the Grapevine will automatically be put up on the website at no extra charge.
Rates:
| C&D Affiliated | $10.00 for a full page |
| $5.00 for a half page |
| Associate | $12.00 for a full page |
| | $6.00 for a half page |
| Outside of C&D | $20.00 for a full page |
| | $10.00 for a half page |
| Commercial Ads - full page | $30.00 |
| Commercial Ads - half page | $15.00 |
| Business Cards | $10.00 |
| The Grapevine is the official publication of the Calgary & District Square and Round Dancers’ Association. It is published four times per year in October, December, February and April . Grapevine advertising rates do include posting to the C&D website at no extra cost. Deadlines for submission are:
Sept. 10 (October Issue), Nov. 10 (December Issue), Jan. 10 (February Issue) & March 10 (April Issue).

We ask that advertising copy please be submitted in neat black on white paper with 1/2'' margins on all sides to fit on an 8 1/2 x 7 page and in the form you wish it to appear in the Grapevine. Please send your ad by e-mail. When sending an ad please enclose a cheque with your layout. If you e-mail your ad, be sure to have your club treasurer send payment immediately. A copy of your e-mailed ad should accompany your cheque.
