| The Grapevine is the official publication of the Calgary & District Square and Round Dancers’ Association. It is published four times per year in October, December, February and April . Grapevine advertising rates do include posting to the C&D website at no extra cost. Deadlines for submission are:
Sept. 10 (October Issue), Nov. 10 (December Issue), Jan. 10 (February Issue) & March 10 (April Issue).

A paid ad in the Grapevine will automatically be put up on the website at no extra charge.
If you want an ad or flyer on the website only, the cost will be the same as if you put it in the Grapevine Newsletter

We ask that advertising copy please be submitted by e-mail with 1/2'' margins on all sides to fit on a 8.5 x 11” page and in the form you wish it to appear in the Grapevine. We will do the size adjustments. Your e-mailed ad could be in the following formats:

Photocopies of an ad do not reproduce well and are not accepted. When you e-mail your ad, be sure to have your club treasurer send payment by regular mail immediately. A copy of your e-mailed ad should accompany your check or you may identify your check so that we know which ad it refers to. Thank you.
