| Strathmore Stompers clog on Thursdays. Clogging is a cross between tap dancing, line dancing and "River Dance". Dress is casual and includes comfortable shoes with loud taps on toe and heel. It is a singles dance. Clogging improves flexibility, coordination and endurance. It tones muscles, relieves stress and burns fat. Most ofall it is FUN! |
