Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refund less $10.00 per person before June 30th
• After June 30th refunds will be considered on a case by case basis
Photographs and Videos
• By registering I give my permission to use any photos or videos taken of me at the convention to be used for promotional purposes and to be displayed on websites or social media¹

September 6th	Morning Church and Memorial Service Late morning, afternoon and evening dancing for square dancing, cued ballroom dancing and clogging Closing ceremonies and ‘after party’
September 7th	Trail Out dance
